We're a fast-growing B2B SaaS company with a clear market opportunity: thousands of ServiceNow customers currently using outdated remote support tools that don't integrate well with their modern platforms. We've built a comprehensive marketing strategy to capture this market, and we need someone to help us execute it.
The Role
We're hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting enterprise IT leaders. This role reports directly to our Head of Marketing.
This is an execution-focused role where you'll deploy, manage, and optimize campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, landing pages, and more. We have the messaging, the target accounts, and the campaign plans, but you'll bring them to life and drive measurable pipeline impact. What You'll Do
Campaign Execution & Management
- Deploy and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns in HubSpot, including email sequences, nurture programs, and lead scoring workflows
- Build and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns using Campaign Manager, including sponsored content, ABM targeting, and audience segmentation
- Create and manage landing pages with conversion tracking and optimization for lead capture and content downloads
- Execute account-based marketing tactics for strategic target accounts, including personalized outreach and multi-touch engagement programs
Program Coordination
- Manage webinar programs end-to-end, including topic planning, promotional campaigns, registration management, and post-event follow-up sequences
- Execute G2 review generation campaigns and manage competitive positioning initiatives on review platforms
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure campaign alignment and lead handoff processes
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance data and implement optimizations including A/B testing, segment refinement, and channel mix adjustments
- Provide regular campaign performance reporting with insights and recommendations for improvement
- Monitor competitive campaigns and industry trends to identify new opportunities
What You’ll Bring
- 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Proven experience with HubSpot, including building workflows, managing lists, creating email campaigns, and reporting
- LinkedIn advertising experience using Campaign Manager for sponsored content, targeting, and performance optimization
- Multi-channel campaign management - demonstrated ability to coordinate campaigns across email, paid social, webinars, and landing pages simultaneously
- Enterprise marketing knowledge - understanding of how to communicate with and market to IT leaders and decision-makers
- Strong attention to detail - track record of executing flawless campaigns with minimal errors
- Self-directed work style - ability to work independently with clear direction, proactive in seeking clarity when needed
- Excellent written communication - skilled at crafting compelling email copy, landing page content, and campaign briefs
- Analytical capabilities - comfortable analyzing campaign performance data in spreadsheets and making data-driven optimization decisions
- Technical aptitude - able to quickly grasp and communicate technical concepts related to IT service management, platform integrations, and AI capabilities
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to IT professionals, ServiceNow users, or enterprise technology buyers
- Familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus) or account-based marketing tactics
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page customization and troubleshooting
- Experience with competitive intelligence gathering and sales enablement content development
- Previous startup or high-growth company experience with rapid iteration and changing priorities
- Understanding of ServiceNow, Salesforce, or other enterprise ITSM/CRM platforms
Location & Logistics
- Remote role - Work from anywhere in West Coast (PT) or Mountain Time (MT) zones
- Occasional travel - 1-4 times per year for quarterly team planning sessions
- Work environment - Fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift based on market feedback and performance data; comfortable with asynchronous communication and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Email)
