Digital Marketing Administrator

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Administrator to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital presence and digital marketing campaigns across all online channels. This includes, but is not limited to, updating our social media pages and website, search engine optimization, google adwords, and contributing to marketing campaigns, advertisements, and events.


Individual should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to manage and execute integrated online marketing campaigns from concept to execution.




What You'll Do

  • Support Sr. Director of Marketing with campaign launches, coordinating schedules and executing on deliverables
  • Execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and digital advertising campaigns
  • Oversee digital design, content creation, proofing and posting for all channels for content marketing production efforts including email, social media, and new / emerging media 
  • Measure and report performance of all online marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize analytical ability to evaluate the customer journey through online content and customer experience across multiple channels and touch points
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Optimize user funnels
  • Maintain online marketing database
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Your Background

  • 3 years related marketing experience
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google + and other emerging platforms
  • Experience in listening to and engaging with the online community
  • Strong communication skills to effectively work with vendors and respond or coordinate response to marketing requests
  • Experience in planning for and positioning content in multiple social distribution channels
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or other Marketing Automation program
  • Familiarity with content marketing best practices
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience in identifying, learning and testing new technologies
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising online campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEOMoz, etc)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
