Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. This includes, but is not limited to Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising for lead generation and branding. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology and be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and growing revenue.

You will be a key contributor to our marketing expansion and lead generation, as well as tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising for lead generation and branding
  • Manage digital design, content creation, proofing and posting for all channels for content marketing production efforts including email, social media, and new / emerging media 
  • Measure and report performance of all online marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize analytical ability to evaluate the customer journey through online content and customer experience across multiple channels and touch points
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Optimize user funnels
  • Maintain online marketing database
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Your Background

  • 5-7 years related marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or other Marketing Automation and CMS programs
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising online campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and generate quality leads to positively impact revenue
  • Experience in planning for and positioning content in multiple social distribution channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and engaging with the online community
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEOMoz, etc)
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Experience in identifying, learning and testing new technologies
  • Familiarity with content marketing best practices
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
